Integration of Zoho Inventory and ConvertKit

Let’s take a look at how we can integrate Zoho Inventory and ConvertKit using Zapier’s automation rules for both – creating new product from Zoho Inventory and adding product to cart from ConvertKit’s sales page. To set this up on Zapier, go to ‘Make a Zapp’ and search for both Zoho Inventory and ConvertKit (if they are not present already. Then click on the ‘Create Zapp’ button in the left sidebar. This will bring up a popup window where you need to choose ‘New Product’ from Zoho Inventory as trigger and ‘Add Product’ from ConvertKit as action for both the apps you want to integrate. Set the parameters accordingly and click on ‘Create Trigger’ button below the rules you have just created to save it. Repeat the same process for other rules if you want to integrate more than one app with another app using Zapier’s automation rules as shown below. Now let’s go through each step individually so that we know what is happening under the hood in case we need to change something later on when we are ready to launch our integration in production mode. When someone adds a new product in Zoho Inventory, Zapier will trigger an event which will be received by Zapier’s Intranet service so that Zapier can start processing the event for further action (which is adding a product to cart. Once the event is received by Zapier Intranet service, it will execute the zap created above which will trigger an ‘Add Product’ action on ConvertKit through its Zapier API Gateway service. Once the ‘Add Product’ action is triggered, Zapier will send a request to ConvertKit API Gateway service with a payload containing details about the newly added product which will be received by ConvertKit API Gateway service where it is further processed by the application logic which will finally save it in its database as a new product after checking its business logic rules (like minimum stock requirement. – that’s all there is to it! A similar process happens when someone creates a new product in Zoho Inventory through its admin interface (without Zapier. In this case too ConvertKit will receive an event via its API Gateway service which will trigger an ‘Add Product’ action that will be processed by ConvertKit API Gateway service where it is further processed by the application logic which will finally save it in its database as a new product after checking its business logic rules – that’s all there is to it!

Benefits of Integration of Zoho Inventory and ConvertKit

I hope by now you would have understood what is happening under the hood when someone adds a new product in Zoho Inventory using its web interface or Zapier’s automation rules and how it gets reflected in ConvertKit as a new product which can be used in future sales emails sent from ConvertKit (with a link to buy this product. to subscribers who are interested in buying products similar to this one (for example, if you are selling books online then you can use this technique of sending automated sales emails based on what people buy. In this way you can save a lot of time and energy because you no longer need to manually update inventory levels in ConvertKit every time someone adds a new product in Zoho Inventory. If you have more than one Zoho account then simply repeat this process for all of them. If you want to use this integration in production mode then make sure that all these accounts are connected to the same gateway service (API Gateway. instead of having separate ones for each account because once a zap is created on one gateway service then getting connected to another gateway service might vipate the zap rules created earlier thus resulting in unexpected results – talk about worst case scenario! To increase trust with your customers, consider adding some business logic rules in ConvertKit so that only validated subscribers (according to their subscription plans. can purchase these products after all these validations get applied – talk about best case scenario! Also remember that since this integration relies on Zapier API Gateway service for communication between both these applications so make sure that both these applications have Zapier API Gateway service enabled before creating any zaps – talk about worst case scenario! If you have multiple locales enabled for your ConvertKit account (for example, if you have English & French locales enabled for your account. then make sure that you add all localized names of each new product created in Zoho Inventory as meta descriptions so that each new item added using this integration gets localized properly – talk about worst case scenario! If you are integrating Zoho Inventory with other applications then make sure that you use either Zapier’s automation rules or direct integration rather than relying on Zapier’s API Gateway service – talk about worst case scenario! Also remember that there is a limit of 200 requests per minute imposed by Zapier on API Gateways so keep that in mind while setting up any zaps – talk about worst case scenario! Also remember

The process to integrate Zoho Inventory and ConvertKit may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
