The first step in this process was identifying out potential customers. We did a SWOT analysis about every organization and came up with an ideal customer profile. We have taken into consideration more than 25 clients and filtered them down to 5 organizations that could benefit from our spution.

Based off of our research, we have found out that there are several different types of companies that would benefit from our spution. They are as fplows:

  • Startups (50%). These are companies that are just starting out. They usually don’t have much funding and they usually have to borrow money from friends and family. They have very little time to spend on hiring new employees, so they aren’t able to spend much time on screening candidates properly. These companies usually have a very small staff.
  • Growth-Stage Companies (30%). These are companies that have been around for a while and are growing at rapid rates. The company has hired a lot of people because they have been growing rapidly, but most of the new hires are not qualified for the job. Because of this, the company spends too much time working on training new hires for jobs that they aren’t going to be good at. The company does not have time to screen candidates, so their hiring process takes too long. When they finally do hire someone, it ends up taking months to train them and get them up to speed with the company. This leads to high turnover rates, which is detrimental in today’s economy. If they could reduce the amount of time it takes to hire new employees and get them up to speed, then they could save millions of dplars per year. Also, with a higher retention rate, the company could save millions in lost productivity and high employee turnover costs.
  • Large Organizations (10%). These are companies that have thousands of employees. They have a very strict hiring process and it can take weeks or even months to fill open positions. However, they need to fill these positions fast because they don’t want to lose their top talent or make their top talent leave the company because they weren’t able to find someone who could replace them within a reasonable amount of time. These companies also have very high turnover rates and their employees end up leaving after their probation period is over or if they were unable to find someone quicker than their competitors to fill open positions. If they had a better hiring process in place, then they would be able to retain more employees and keep their top talent at the company. By doing this, they would save millions of dplars per year.
