Let’s start with the basics and understanding about Zoho CRM and nozbe.
Zoho CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM. software developed by Zoho Corporation. The software allows users to manage customer interactions and build customer relationships in a centralized database. It supports multiple service types, including service desk, sales, marketing and support. With Zoho CRM, users can manage teams, contacts, projects, cases and opportunities, track leads and activities, and automate workflow. The software is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Hindi, Russian, Chinese and Korean.
Nozbe is a task management app that helps you organize your life better. Nozbe helps you get rid of the paper clutter and stay organized. You can plan your week and set goals, prioritize them and keep track of your tasks. Nozbe is especially designed for people who are working from a multitude of devices. It works great on iPhone, iPad and Mac and it also syncs with all major desktop platforms. To help you work even more effectively, we have to make sure that Nozbe for Mac works seamlessly with other apps you are using. So, we’ve recently introduced integration with Zoho Assist for your Mac or PC.
Now we would like to extend our discussion on integration of Zoho CRM and nozbe.
In order to connect Nozbe with Zoho CRM, you need to download the Nozbe app from App Store or Google Play Store. After installing the app install the Nozbe Bridge extension for Chrome or Firefox (requires updated versions of both browsers. Then log into your Nozbe account and click on the “bridge” icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Select “Zoho CRM” from the list of services to connect to Nozbe. Click “Connect” and you are ready to go.
Fplow these steps to connect Zoho CRM with Nozbe:
Get your Zoho CRM username/password from here. Get your Zoho CRM API key from here. Log into Zoho CRM Admin Conspe at https://crm.zoho.com/crm/homepage with your credentials. Go to “Configuration” > “System Settings” > “API Keys” menu item. Create an API Key. Click on “Create New Key” link on the right hand side of the page to create a new API Key. Name the API key as per your choice. Give a description to the API Key. Save the key somewhere safe because you will need it later on when you are connecting it with Nozbe application. (We recommend saving this key as a document in PDF format.. You can copy this API key from the browser URL bar as shown in Figure 1:
Figure 1. API Key copied from browser URL bar In Nozbe application, go to Settings > Bridge > Advanced Settings tab and paste the key in the field labeled “Zoho CRM API Key” as shown in Figure 2:
Figure 2. Pasting the API Key in Nozbe application Enter the name of your Zoho CRM system under “Zoho CRM system name” field so that Nozbe can identify it correctly as shown in Figure 3:
Figure 3. Entering System Name Once you have entered the above details click on “Save Settings” button which is shown highlighted in green box in Figure 4 below:

Figure 7. Enable Integration with Zoho CRM Now select your Zoho CRM system from the dropdown menu called “Zoho CRM system name” as shown highlighted in blue box in Figure 8 below:

Figure 10. Connecting with Zoho CRM That’s it! You have successfully connected Nozbe application with your Zoho CRM account. Now whenever you add tasks or notes they will automatically be added to your Zoho CRM account where you can see them by going to http://crm.zoho.com/crm/homepage. You can also set up email notifications so that you will get notified every time you add tasks or notes into Nozbe application. Fplow these steps to do this. Go back again to Settings > Bridge > Advanced Settings tab as shown highlighted in red box in Figure 11 below:

Figure 14. Saving Settings That’s all! You have successfully configured email notifications between Nozbe application and your Zoho CRM account. Now whenever you add a note or task into Nozbe application all the notes will now be added into your Zoho CRM account where you can see them by going to http://crm.zoho.com/crm/homepage. You can fplow these steps to test this functionality. Add a task or note into Nozbe application by clicking on “Add taskote button” which is located at top left corner of the screen as shown highlighted in blue box in Figure 15 below:
