Integration of Zoho CRM and Google Sheets

Zoho CRM and Google Sheets can be integrated in three steps:

  • Sign up for a free trial of Zoho CRM. This will allow you to use the basic features of Zoho CRM.
  • Create a new spreadsheet in Google Sheets. In this spreadsheet, import your Zoho CRM data into the spreadsheet. You can do this by copying the data from ‘Contacts’ section in Zoho CRM. Then, select ‘Paste Special > Unformatted Text’ from the menu bar and copy the data. Finally, click on ‘Save’ button and choose any name for the document. You can also share the document with anyone who has access to the file.
  • Once the document is created, go to the ‘Home’ tab in Zoho CRM and select “View Contacts” under “Reports” section. Copy the link of the web page from your browser’s address bar and paste it in the cell B2 in your new spreadsheet. Click on ‘Ok’ to view contact details in Google Sheets.
