Zoho CRM is a cloud based Customer Relationship Management (CRM. software. It enables you to manage your sales leads and contacts, track their progress through the sales funnel, automate communication with customers, and create powerful reports from the data cplected (Zoho CRM, 2017. BambooHR is an HR software that enables you to automate payrpl, benefits, time management, and training management (BambooHR, n.d.. This paper aims to discuss ways in which Zoho CRM and BambooHR can be integrated in order to improve the efficiency of the HR department.

Integration of Zoho CRM and BambooHR

Zoho CRM and BambooHR can be integrated in various ways. For example, Zoho CRM can be used as the central repository for all information pertaining to employees and employers. All records related to a company’s employees can be stored in Zoho CRM. Then, once an employee has been hired by the company, the information about him/her can be automatically transferred into BambooHR. This way, the HR Manager would not have to enter the same information about each new employee manually. Additionally, it would also be easier for the HR Manager to keep track of all employees because all information would be available in one place, rather than in separate applications. Another way in which Zoho CRM and BambooHR can be integrated is through email automation. The HR Manager could set up automated emails to be sent out to employees at certain times. For example, the HR Manager could set up an email to be sent out to new employees on their first day of work. Also, an email could be sent out on the first day of every month to all employees asking them if they had any problems or concerns that they wanted to talk with the HR Manager about. Thus, instead of having a monthly meeting with employees, the HR Manager could simply review these emails and see if any issues need to be addressed. So, when an employee goes to his/her first day of work, he/she will already have all the necessary details in BambooHR. Also, this integration will allow employees to fill out their timesheets directly in BambooHR (and then have their timesheets automatically added to Zoho CRM. Thus, the HR Manager would not have to manually add timesheets into Zoho CRM every month. Lastly, Zoho CRM and BambooHR can integrate via API. This way, whenever there is a change in one application (e.g., when an employee has been fired), that change will be reflected in the other application as well (e.g., when an employee has been fired from his/her job, he/she will no longer be listed as an employee in Zoho CRM. Thus, instead of going into two different systems in order to check if an employee has been fired or not, you can simply look at one system for all your information.

Likewise, if an employer wants to know if an employee has been terminated or not, he/she would simply have to go into one system (Zoho CRM. rather than going into two different systems (Zoho CRM and BambooHR. in order to find out if that employee is still employed by the company or not. Additionally, integrating Zoho CRM and BambooHR makes it easier for employees to find information about their pay stubs and benefits when they want it since they could access this information directly from Zoho CRM rather than having to log into BambooHR separately. Furthermore, integrating these two systems helps make it easier for employers to understand how their employees are performing at their jobs since they would be able to monitor work hours and projects assigned by going into one system (Zoho CRM. rather than going into two different systems (Zoho CRM and BambooHR. individually in order to obtain this information.
