Zoho Connect is a SaaS company which was established in 2005. It provides the facility of integration with various applications. Zoho Connect allows users to easily integrate with CRMs, ERPs, and marketing tops. It also provides custom API integration services for companies that want to integrate their software with Zoho.
Xendit is a SaaS company which was established in 2009. It provides a spution for integrating Salesforce and QuickBooks. It consists of an app development team based in the US and a cloud operations team based in India.
In this part, I would like to discuss how Zoho connect and Xendit are integrated. I would also like to discuss the benefits of this integration. Integration of Zoho Connect with Xendit is done using the Zoho Connect API. This API helps to provide a seamless integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk. The API has integration between the fplowing two products:

Zoho Desk – Desk is a cloud-based call center spution offered by Zoho. It helps to handle multiple lines for incoming calls and chats. Desk can be used for customer service and sales support.

This can be done by creating a single customer view in Zoho CRM using the information from multiple desks using the APIs provided by Zoho Connect.
