Zoho Connect

Zoho Connect is a software that allows you to sync all your Zoho apps with each other and integrate them with third-party applications. It has two components. the Zoho Connect Server and the Zoho Connect Desktop. The Zoho Connect Desktop is an add-on to each of Zoho’s various desktop apps (e.g., its online email, calendar, and word processor. It syncs these desktop apps with one another. The Zoho Connect Server links the desktop apps to the cloud-based Zoho applications (e.g., its online office suite and business management app. As such, it functions like a bridge between the desktop and cloud-based apps. Zoho Connect supports approximately 200 third-party applications including Salesforce, SugarCRM, and Netsuite. It also includes integration with Google Docs and Google Calendar.

Odoo CRM

Odoo CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM. application that helps manage customer relations and communication in a business. Its features include sales force automation, project management, e-commerce, and inventory management. It also comes with tops for cplaboration and communication such as document management and instant messaging. The application is available in multiple languages and can be accessed through a web browser or mobile device. Support for integration with other software is available via APIs. Odoo was created by the French company Odoo SAS. It was originally released under the name OpenERP in 2004. In 2013, it was acquired by a Russian software company called ERPNext. In 2014, ERPNext rebranded itself to Odoo SAS and launched Odoo CRM along with an enterprise edition of its original product, Odoo Enterprise Edition. Odoo SAS headquarters are located in Paris, France while it has a regional office in San Francisco, USA. A new version of the product called Odoo 10 is expected to be released late in 2016.
