You can create reports using this program as well as create tax reports. Zoho Books is compatible with Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. It allows you to create financial records in multiple currencies since it supports 150+ world currencies. Zoho Books allows you to have more than one chart of accounts per company. This is useful especially if you have multiple companies. It also supports manual entry of transactions which means that you can enter data manually rather than importing it from your bank account. Zoho Books is very versatile and can be used for various purposes such as personal finance, home business management, and small business management.

  • PDF4me is an online service that allows users to convert PDF files into Word documents. It is very easy to use. Depending on your needs, you may either convert all the pages of the PDF file to one document or convert only selected pages of the PDF file to a Word document. The process does not take long either since it only takes a few minutes for conversion. By using this service, you will be converting your PDF files into editable Word documents where you can then edit them as needed before saving them as PDF again. You can also save the Word document to your computer via email attachment or download it from the PDF4me website. This service is free for up to 5 conversions per month and it does not require any software installation or registration. You can just visit the website, upload your PDF file, select the pages you want to convert, and then click on the “Convert” button. Within a few minutes, your converted Word document will be ready for download.

Zoho Connect offers a variety of functionality that enables integration between Zoho applications and other external applications. It allows for the import of data from outside sources into Zoho applications such as Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and more. As mentioned above, Zoho Connect offers integration features that allow users to export data from Zoho applications into other applications like Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft® Office.

    The integration between Zoho Books and PDF4me is achieved by exporting information from Zoho Books into Excel and then importing it into PDF4me. In order to do this, you will have to create a new connection in Zoho Connect and then create a new task in PDF4me where you will import the information from Excel into PDF4me. In order to create a new connection in Zoho Connect, fplow these steps:

    • Go to Zoho Connect at www.zohoconnect.com/MyAccount/ConnectNewConnection
    • Select “Excel” under “Data Export” category on the left side of the page
    • Choose “Export Data from Excel” under “Export Type” section
    • Click on “Next”
    • Select “Excel File” under “Source” section on the right side of the page
    • Click on “Browse” next to “File Name” section and browse for your .xlsx file (make sure that you select your Zoho Books spreadsheet)
    • Click on “Save” on the top right corner of the page
    • Click on “Next” on the bottom right corner of the page
    • Check off all the cpumns that you would like to include as part of your data export and click on “Next” again
    • Finally, provide a name for your task and a description and then click on “Finish” to complete the creation process for this task within PDF4me

    You can now import your spreadsheet from Excel into PDF4me using this task that has been created in Step 10 above. Before doing this, make sure that you have created a new connection in PDF4me where you will import the data from Excel into PDF4me. To do this, fplow these steps:

    • Go to http://www.pdf4me.com/CreateAccount/CreateAccountDefaultPage/1
    • Click on “Yes, Sign Me Up!” button next to “Would you like to create an account now?” question
    • Click on “Yes” button next to “Would you like to continue?” question and sign in with your email address and password if prompted (if not prompted, go ahead and type in your email address and password instead. You will then be taken to your login screen where you should click on “Create New Connection” link on the left hand side of the page (if not prompted again, click on Dashboard from your main menu and then click on “Create New Connection” link there)
    • On the next screen, click on “Import Excel Spreadsheet” option under “Import Method” section at the bottom of the page (you will be taken back to your dashboard afterwards)
    • Click on your newly created connection (the one we created in Step 10 above), which should appear under “My Connections” section on the left side of your dashboard screen (if not prompted again, go ahead and click on “Import Excel Spreadsheet” link under “Data Import” section on the left side of your dashboard screen)
    • Next, click on “Import Now” link below which should appear at the top right corner of the screen (you will be taken to a new screen where you will be able to choose your Excel spreadsheet containing information about your transactions)
    • Once you have found your Excel spreadsheet containing information about your transactions within your browser window, click on “Choose File” button (you will be taken back to your dashboard where your newly imported spreadsheet should appear under “My Files” section on the left side of your dashboard screen. (if not prompted again, go ahead and click on Dashboard from your main menu and then click on “My Files” link there)

    Once this is done, you will be able to view all of your transactions within PDF4me after clicking on its icon located in My Files section. If you would like to export only specific pages from Zoho Books into PDF4me, fplow these steps:
