Integration of Zoho Books and Mautic

The purpose of this report is to discuss the integration of Zoho Books and Mautic. It will be divided into three sections. First, it will give an overview on what Zoho Books is. Second, it will give an overview on what Mautic is. Lastly, it will discuss the integration of both softwares.

  • Integration of Zoho Books and Mautic is an integrative effort of two great pieces of software—Zoho Books and Mautic. The first step in setting up this integration is to install Zoho Books. Zoho Books is a bookkeeping application that can be used by small businesses or organizations to manage their finances online. It is equipped with features like accounting, invoicing, expenses, project management, bank reconciliation, and reporting (Largest Zoho Resources.

    The next step is to set up your pages within Zoho Books itself. You can do this by clicking on the “Pages” icon on the top right corner of your screen. Clicking on “Pages” will lead you to the page creation page (Largest Zoho Resources.

    You can create multiple pages if needed. For example, you can create a page for each client or supplier. Clicking on the green plus icon will allow you to add a new page. You can also change the title or description of a page as well as its visibility settings by clicking on the pencil icon on the right side of the page name.

    After creating your pages, it’s now time to set up your fields as well as configure them as required fields as shown below:

    Next, click on “Insert Field” icon to open a drop down list of available fields. Some of the available fields include Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Date, Time, Text Area, Calculated Field, List Field and Code Field. This will allow you to configure the fields as per your needs. After configuring the fields, you may now insert them into your pages. An example of how to insert a field into a page is shown below:

    One important thing to remember is that if you’d like to make a field mandatory, make sure to check the checkbox for “Mandatory Field” before inserting it into a page.

    Now that your fields are configured and inserted into your pages, you can now proceed to integrate Zoho Books with Mautic. To do this, go to Settings > Integrations in your Zoho Books account. This will bring you to an integration page which you can access by clicking “Integrations” under the left-side menu bar as shown below:

    You can choose from the available options as per your preferences and needs. All you need to do is enter your API key and click on “Save Changes” to complete the integration process.
