In this article, I will explain about Zendesk and Zoho Desk both of the product. Zendesk is a customer service software provider that helps companies to manage their customers better, to increase customer loyalty, to improve customer experience, to reduce costs and to increase revenue. Zoho Desk is cloud-based cplaboration software as a service platform for small and medium business that was founded in 2007 by Sridhar Vembu. And now Zendesk has been integrated with Zoho Desk.
There are many benefits of integration of Zendesk and Zoho Desk. Now, both products are integrated easily. From now on if a customer needs support for his/her issue he/she can request for support from both platforms without any confusion or hassle. Integration of Zendesk and Zoho Desk will also help both companies to improve their services and increase their market share. Integration of these two products will make it easier for the customers to get the support they need. They will be able to get their feedbacks from the product managers as well as development team which will result in improvement of the products. Zendesk and Zoho Desk will be able to reduce their operation cost by making fewer purchases and use of complementary resources. In addition, they may be able to reduce their number of users and servers that they own.
