Integration of Zendesk and Snapchat

Zendesk is a customer support software company based in San Francisco, California. It was founded by Mikkel Svane and Morten Primdahl in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2007 and has since grown to employ over 1,000 employees in 19 offices around the world, including New York City, London, Tokyo and Dublin. The company’s main product is a customer support software called Zendesk Support.

The company name Zendesk is derived from the word “zen,” which in its context means “a state of being relaxed and tranquil.” The company also has a philanthropic arm called Zendesk Foundation, which was launched in 2014. Its mission is to use the power of technpogy to bring about positive social impact. To date, it has worked with more than 100 nonprofits on storytelling and advocacy campaigns.

Snapchat is an American photo messaging application that was created by Evan Spiegel, Bobby Murphy, and Reggie Brown while they were students at Stanford University. The application was released in September 2011 for iOS. It was initially developed as an application for sharing photos that are publicly visible for 24 hours before they are deleted. Snapchat made headlines in November 2015 when it announced that it had surpassed 200 million active users per month; this is up from 100 million active users per day in June 2015.

As stated before, Snapchat and Zendesk have teamed up with each other to integrate their services together. This will allow both parties to communicate much faster than using traditional email or phone calls. Moreover, the integration will allow Zendesk’s customers to obtain real-time replies whenever they send messages to their agents. Also, this integration will allow Zendesk’s customers to access important information regarding their account such as updates on their ticket status or change of support personnel through the Snapchat interface. Last but not least, the integration will allow Zendesk’s customers to post a snapchat on their profile whenever they have trouble with their account. This will enable them to notify all parties invpved in their transaction of any urgent matters regarding their account even if they cannot contact them in real time.

Based on the information provided above, I believe that the integration of Zendesk and Snapchat will be an extremely useful top for Zendesk’s customers as well as for the company itself. This integration will allow Zendesk’s customers to gain access to real time support whenever they have a problem with their account and will allow them to interact directly with the customer service personnel without having to make unnecessary phone calls or emails. Also, this integration will allow Zendesk to offer a more personalized service to its customers as they can now view their account information or send a snapchat directly to the customer service personnel using the Snapchat app.
