Zendesk is a company that provides software for customer service. Amazon EC2 is a cloud computing platform introduced by Amazon. This means that customers don’t have to buy an expensive server in order to run certain applications. They can simply rent a “virtual machine” from Amazon and install the application they want to use.
Zendesk has recently integrated with Amazon EC2. This means that if a customer creates an account in Zendesk, he/she is also able to create an account on Amazon EC2. By doing this, Zendesk saves a lot of time because the user doesn’t have to create a new account on Amazon EC2. However, this note does not include any analysis regarding how the integration between Zendesk and Amazon EC2 works or what benefits it brings to the customer.
Integration of Zendesk and Amazon EC2 makes it possible for customers to easily transfer their data from one system to another. Moreover, it is more cost-effective and reliable than having two separate accounts.
