The customer could also check their order status on Xzazu at any time (the link is located under “Account”. as long as their order was placed within the last 60 days. If a customer contacts ShipStation about an issue with their order (i.e. missing item(s), damaged item(s), wrong item(s. received, etc.), there is no guarantee that they will receive a response from a representative within 24-48 hours because there is no FAQ page on their website; however, there is a “Contact Us” section where users can submit tickets or contact representatives via phone call or email (depending on what option you choose. As far as checking your order status goes, users have access to information regarding their order about 24 hours after it has shipped according to their website’s FAQ page; however, that information only includes tracking information for the order (not shipment. So if someone calls either company about an issue with their order (i.e. missing item(s), damaged item(s), wrong item(s. received, etc.), they have less options for getting in touch with a representative than if they contacted both companies about an issue together. They would have less options because they would need to wait on hpd longer due to only being able to contact one company at a time instead of being able to contact multiple people simultaneously about an issue or request a refund/credit card adjustment for any reason like before.
