Basecamp 2 is a project management top. This software makes use of cloud computing, so it allows you to access your project information from any device without having to install the program itself. This means that you can access your project information from your smartphone or tablet, as long as you have internet connection.

Integration of Xzazu and Basecamp 2

There are a lot of reasons why I recommend integrating Xzazu and Basecamp 2 in managing projects. One of the main reason is the accessibility of these two tops.   • Easy To-Do Lists – Managing projects is much easier because I can create a list of things I need to do for my clients through my app. It is really easy to create these lists because I just need to tap on the icon located at the top of my screen and I can create a new list of things I need to do for my clients. I don’t have to switch tabs or pages just to create a list of things I need to do for my clients because everything is located in one page. The best part is that there are buttons where I can add notes regarding our meetings or conversations. This makes it easier for me to remember our meetings and conversations since everything is captured in the app itself.
  • Easy email notifications – The best part about having email notification through Xzazu and Basecamp 2 is that you don’t have to check for emails every now and then because you will only get notification if there are changes on your projects or your clients’ projects. This saves time since you won’t be bombarded with emails every now and then. Email notifications can also irritate people if they receive too many emails every now and then; however, this will not happen if you use these two integrated apps since there are fewer emails to read every time you check your inboxes.
  • Easy file sharing – File sharing is also much easier too because you can send files through email or using Xzazu and Basecamp 2 directly through their respective apps. With these two integrated apps, sharing files is much easier because you can send files immediately without having to sign up on different websites or download third party apps just for file sharing purposes. Since these two apps have been integrated together, file sharing has become very convenient and easy too!
  • Easier task management – Managing tasks is also easier because instead of logging into different websites one by one just to manage client tasks, managing tasks using Xzazu and Basecamp 2 has become much easier since it only takes me five minutes (or even less. for me to finish creating all my tasks for my clients! This saves me a lot of time because I don’t need to log into different websites just to manage tasks anymore! It is even more convenient than using separate applications for task management purposes, and managing tasks using Xzazu and Basecamp 2 have never been this easy before!
