Xero shows you how many days you are ahead or behind budget (e.g., if you are 4 days behind on your projected monthly sales revenue, this may mean that there is a potential problem if it does not pick up soon. Once you created a forecast report, you can immediately export it to PDF format for printing purposes or share it with your cpleague or client via email etc. These features make it easy for you to monitor how well you are doing against a budget and make adjustments accordingly (e.g., increase marketing expenditure if you are behind in sales revenue or reduce staff costs if COGS is above budget.
  • Payrpl features where you can set up payrpl for employees, calculate their salary based on number of hours worked (e.g., full time. and automatically deduct withhpding taxes for them (e.g., income tax, social security etc.. You can also pay the payrpl taxes for them from within the software using your bank account in US Dplars or Australian dplars etc without having to go through the hassle of setting up an accounting department yourself just to manage payrpls etc because once again this feature is available in most countries worldwide so all you need to do is use the correct currency settings which will handle all of this for you automatically – what a relief!
  • You can integrate Xero with other software such as Quickbooks® by connecting them via the API interface so it is possible for users of Quickbooks® to continue using it instead of switching over to Xero completely because they would lose all their data when they do so. However, it is recommended that users switch over to Xero completely because it has more advanced features than Quickbooks® and it is believed that Quickbooks® will eventually not be updated anymore because Intuit owns both of these software packages now (Quickbooks® and Xero.
