You can also set up the Zoho People integration with WooCommerce by fplowing these instructions:

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Shipping section. Under “Order delivery” choose either “ZohoPeople” or “Your own custom shipping”. Click on “Edit” link next to the option you have chosen and proceed with the wizard that will appear. The first screen will ask you for your Zoho account name, password, and API key. After you enter the information click on “Next” button. On the next screen enter an email address and select the rpe you want this email address to have in your Zoho account. If you want to add custom fields to the order details page, then check “Enable custom fields” box. On the next screen choose if you want to include only new customers or all customers into the Zoho People account. On the last screen you can see a summary of all your changes before clicking on “Save Changes”.
