Website Integration. This method allows users to buy products from a website built on WordPress and send them to customers via Zoho Desk. The integration would allow users to have access to Zoho Desk tops while they shop on their website built using WordPress. They would also be able to pay through their WordPress store using PayPal or Stripe or any other payment gateway that is integrated with Zoho Desk. Payment Gateway Integration. This method allows users to integrate their existing payment gateway account with Zoho Desk such that they can access it from within Zoho Desk. They would then be able to make payments through the payment gateway account integrated with Zoho Desk. Customer Support Integration. This method allows users to access Zoho Desk directly from within WordPress without having to open up a separate tab or window. Users would then be able to have access to Zoho Desk while they post messages on their website built using WordPress. When customers visit your site, they would see that you are providing them with better support than your competitors by giving them access to Zoho Desk directly from your website built using WordPress. Chat Integration. This method allows users to have direct access to Zoho Desk chat from within the WordPress admin area or blog dashboard. You can then provide instant chat support to customers right from within the backend dashboard of your WordPress website without having to switch tabs or windows while chatting with customers.
