Integration of WHMCS and Salesforce

I will be talking about WHMCS integration with Salesforce. I will talk about what they are, how they work together and the benefits of working together.

WHMCS or Web Hosting Contrp System is a billing software that helps web hosting companies, website developers and resellers to sell their products online. It allows them to bill their customers for various features and services they offer, including website hosting, cloud hosting, domain name registration and SSL certificates. Salesforce?

Salesforce is a CRM software used by businesses for customer relationship management. It provides business class customers an easy-to-use platform that helps them track leads and manage customer data. It is also used by sales teams to streamline the sales process.

Integration of WHMCS and Salesforce means that they are linked so that data from one can be pushed into the other. There are two types of integration – synchronous and asynchronous. In synchronous integration, data is pushed into Salesforce immediately after being entered in WHMCS. This reduces the time it takes to add information into Salesforce because you do not have to manually enter all of the information. With asynchronous integration, it takes a little longer for the information to get into Salesforce because data has to be downloaded after every billing cycle. This gives you more contrp over which data gets entered, which is useful if there are some changes that need to be made to your products before they get transferred into Salesforce and if you need to change the order in which the data is entered.
