Since the early days of business, businesses have been looking at ways to improve sales. In fact, many of the first business owners were also salespeople. Sales was a vital part of any business and there was no way of avoiding it. So, as technpogy advanced, businesses began to develop new ways to attract and sell to customers. One of these technpogies was email marketing. These systems allowed businesses to send out automated emails to their customers who opted in for the service. This meant that businesses no longer needed to invest time or money into sending out personalized emails. However, that is not all there is to email marketing. Today, we will be looking at HubSpot.
HubSpot is a marketing platform available to companies all over the world. The system allows users to build their own website, publish blogs, and even design email templates. The system also comes with analytics which allows users to track the effectiveness of their campaigns. While the system offers a lot of features, it is not cheap. The system starts at $200 per month and goes up from there depending on what you need.
WHMCS is a billing and management top for online businesses and organizations. The system allows users to set up an online store and process payments in multiple different currencies. As well as processing payments, WHMCS also makes it easy for users to manage their clients (even if they are offline. by creating invoices and sending out bills. The system also allows users to manage their sales leads, helpdesk tickets, and more. However, like many other systems, WHMCS is not cheap. The system costs $99 per month when paid yearly and $149 per month when paid monthly.
Now that we know what WHMCS and HubSpot are and how much they cost, let’s see how they work together. For this example, we will look at how HubSpot integrates with WHMCS. To start off, you need to sign up for both HubSpot and WHMCS accounts (you can do that here. Once your accounts are set up, you need to assign your HubSpot account as a “source” within WHMCS. To do this, click on “Integrations” in your WHMCS account and then click on “HubSpot” in the list of integrations. Next, you will need to enter your HubSpot API key into the fields provided before clicking “Save Integration” at the bottom of the page. Finally, you will need to create an “integration” in HubSpot which will allow you to link your WHMCS account and your HubSpot account together. To do this, you need to go to your HubSpot dashboard and click on “Admin” at the top-right corner of the screen. Once you are in the admin panel, click on “Integrations” and then select “Connected Apps” from the drop-down menu. From here you can select WHMCS from the list of connected apps and click on “Connect App” at the bottom of the page. Now that your accounts are linked together, you can begin using them together like any other application integrated into HubSpot.
For our example, let’s look at an email template for a customer onboarding campaign. When someone signs up for your service through WHMCS, they automatically get added to your HubSpot account as a lead (if they opt-in to receiving emails from you. You can use this information to tailor your outreach strategy. For example, if someone signed up for your service through WHMCS then they are probably more interested in your product than someone who signed up through your website directly. So why not send them an email with a special offer? That way you can target the right people with the right message at the right time which is always good for increasing conversions.
Another example would be automating your sales pipeline using both systems together. Let’s say you have 500 leads in your pipeline. You could create a drip email campaign consisting of 5 emails each day until all 500 leads are gone. At this point, salesperson A may be ready to close but salesperson B might not be because he or she has only spoken with 50 leads so far. In this case, you can set up your mailer so that when one salesperson reaches 10 leads left in his or her pipeline it stops sending emails to him or her but begins sending them to another salesperson who has only interacted with 10 leads so far instead. This way you can make sure that each salesperson gets a fair amount of leads in their pipeline no matter what stage they are in their sales cycle.
To conclude today’s discussion on integrating WHMCS and HubSpot together we want to tell you about some of the benefits that come with combining both systems together. For one thing, when you integrate systems together it is easier for yourself and for your staff members to manage them both without having to switch between different platforms or applications when they need something done quickly or on-the-go (as we discussed earlier. Also by linking both systems together you can make sure that everything stays organized which means less time spent looking for things and more time actually getting things done which saves you both time AND money! Another benefit is that doing so will give you access to a wider range of features making it easier for you and your team members to do more in less time!
