Integration of Webhooks By Connect and Clubhouse

Webhooks By Connect?

Webhooks By Connect is a feature offered by Clubhouse. It works as a service to push data to your app in real time. Data can be anything you would like it to be, ranging from event data to notification to any other data.

Clubhouse?

Clubhouse is an organization management top. Clubs can be created for any purpose, including organizing events and projects. Each club has a set of members, and each members has a rpe. The rpes can be “Manager”, “Coordinator”, and “Member”. The manager of a club also contrps the Club’s settings, such as when the club is open for editing. The Coordinator keeps track of the forms that are required for the club. A member can edit a form, but cannot create or delete them.

Integration of Webhooks By Connect and Clubhouse

The integration of Webhooks By Connect and Clubhouse is very easy. In this scenario, we will use the relevant features of both products to create a new group called “WBB by C”. It will have 3 members (“Manager”, “Coordinator”, and “Member”), and they will use email addresses as their primary contact information. We will use email addresses as primary contact information because we will be sending emails to these members about the status of their membership application.

  • Select “Members” under “Manage” in the top-right panel of your Clubhouse screen.
  • Click “Add” on the right panel, and then click “Add Members” in the popup window that appears on your screen. A popup window appears, allowing you to choose which groups should be allowed to join the club (here, we will allow the members of WBB by C to join our club.
  • Click “Next” on the popup window after choosing which groups should be allowed to join the club. You are now able to enter some basic information about each member. Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Description. Note that the Description field is very useful because it allows us to add details that may not be necessary in the other fields, such as a member’s rpe within the group or what they do for the group (i.e.. a student studying computer science or a dog who is part of a search-and-rescue team. Clubhouse uses this information later on to send notifications.
  • Click “Create Member” after filling out the information for each member.
  • After creating each member from WBB by C, return to your list of members and click on “WBB by C” (the last item listed. Here we will be able to set all group-wide settings for WBB by C, such as their logo and information about the group itself. This includes what their name will be, what their slogan is, and what kind of message they want to appear at the top of their page. We will also decide how we want our group members to join our group (i.e.. via email or request. We will also decide here if we want to send out notifications to our group members when someone joins or leaves the group.
  • Once you are finished modifying your group, click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen. Now you are able to accept applications from members who are interested in joining WBB by C!
  • Now let’s create a new form for WBB by C. Click on “Forms” in the top-right panel of your Clubhouse screen. Here we will create a new form for WBB by C:
  • Enter “Application Form for WBB by C” in the title field of our new form. Then enter “The title of your form” in the description field below it. Add some sample questions to your form by clicking on “Questions + Groups” on the left panel under Form Settings, and then selecting “Test Questions & Groups” in the right panel under Test Question Types. Once done with all your settings, click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of your screen. This will bring you back to the list of forms that you have created previously. Now you are able to save any new forms that you have created. just click on Form Settings on the right panel under Settings and then click “Save Changes” at the bottom of your screen once you have made all of your desired changes!
  • Now let’s send emails to members who fill out our form! Click on “Notifications” under Manage on the top-right panel of your Clubhouse screen. Here you will see various options for receiving notifications about various matters in Clubhouse. member activity, comments, event updates, and more! We will only focus on two types here. Membership Applications and Notifications for Forms (see step 10. The Membership Application option allows us to receive notifications when someone joins or leaves our Club; whereas Notification for Forms allows us to receive notifications whenever someone submits a form into our Club. We will choose both types for WBB by C. Select Membership Applications under Membership Application Notifications and then click on the small green button next to it (in between all other options. This brings up a popup window where you can select what kind of notifications you would like for this option (we will choose all three options so that we do not receive duplicate notifications. In order to receive notifications about people who apply for membership into our Club with this option selected, we must first press the checkmark button at the top-right corner of this window before we can save our new notification settings! After saving your new notification settings, go back into Notification Settings in your Notifications page and set up Notification for Forms (we have already set up Membership Applications. Just fplow steps 10 through 13 again but select Notification for Forms instead of Membership Applications! It is important to note that we must set up both options so that people can track their application progress through both forms and notifications!
  • Now let’s create a webhook for WBB by C! Click on Webhooks under Services on top-right panel of your Clubhouse screen. Here we are able to create a new webhook for WBB by C! As we know from step 2 above that we can integrate Webhooks By Connect with Clubhouse in order to push notifications to our app whenever someone joins or leaves one of our groups here I am going to create a simple webhook that sends me an email whenever someone joins or leaves our group WBB by C. 1.
