Integration of Wealthbox CRM and Keap

In our business, we have been using Keap as our CRM system. In the beginning, it worked well with our needs, but as time went by, we found that it became problematic. The features of this platform were not adequate for our business needs. We found out that there was a need for a better CRM system to work with. So, we went ahead and got a new CRM system. It is called Wealthbox CRM.

We started using Wealthbox CRM about a couple of months ago. It is a great system that actually integrates with Keap. This integration was the main reason why we chose this product over others. We found that it can pull all of our contacts from Keap and use it in Wealthbox CRM. It also makes it very easy for us to filter these contacts based on various criteria. These criteria can be anything from email address to phone number, name, etc. Once we find the contact we are looking for, Wealthbox CRM allows us to send an email right away. It also gives us a reminder for a fplow up call within 2 days after sending an email. This feature has helped us to reach out to our clients faster than before. Before this, we used to send out emails whenever we had the time to do so, but now we can send it at the right time. Moreover, it also allows us to track how many calls we made and how many people responded to them. This has helped us to keep track of our performance and improve upon it day by day.

Before using Wealthbox CRM, we were having trouble finding customers who were interested in our services. They would either ignore or just ignore our emails. This would result in loss of customers and revenue for us. Now, through Wealthbox CRM’s email tracking feature, we can target specific customers based on their behavior and interests (which are saved in Keap. Once they are targeted, we can send them relevant emails which make them more likely to respond to us. This way, we do not waste time on irrelevant customers anymore.

Now that we have this new CRM system, we feel really happy about our business decision. It has helped us reach out to customers faster and more efficiently than before. Moreover, it also helps us to reduce our loss of customers by targeting them correctly via email marketing. We are really glad that now our business can grow easily without any problem or delay because of the functionality of Wealthbox CRM.
