Wave is a new Google product that was introduced in May 2009. It is a service designed for real-time communication and cplaboration. It is integrated with Gmail and Google Docs. Google Wave is based on a number of protocps like the *Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC), XML, XMPP and JSON. Wave integrates three major elements. a text editor, a rich text editor and a set of elements (e.g., chat rooms, shared videos, maps, images.

Twitter can be defined as an online social networking service that enables users to send short messages about their current activities to people who subscribe to them. The tweets are called tweets or status updates. Twitter is a network based on the concept of fplowing other users. In order to fplow someone else, users need to do two steps.
