In this paper, I will be discussing about Wave and Databox integration. First of all, I will explain what Wave is and then I will proceed to discuss about Databox. Moreover, I will state the benefits of integrating Wave and Databox in this paper.
Integration of Wave and Databox is relatively simple. First, the user must install the app Databox on Google Play Store or Apple AppStore. After that, the user can open Google Drive and then choose the option “Create new”, which will allow the user to create a new document. The user must then choose the option “Blank” and then click on the box that says “Untitled”. Then, the user needs to open the Databox app that has already been installed and then swipe up on the left side of the screen to access the option “Insert Chart”. This will allow the user to insert a chart into their document. There are three types of charts that can be chosen from and they are Line, Cpumn and Bar graphs. After choosing one of these three options, the user only needs to fill in some information such as what he or she wants to chart in the chart. Afterwards, the user needs to hit the green button on the bottom right corner of the screen. This will then lead to a pop-up window asking if the user wants to share his or her chart with others. If the user chooses “Yes”, then his or her chart will be shared automatically on Google Docs or Microsoft Word. If the user chooses “No”, then he or she can still share his or her chart by doing the fplowing steps:
The user needs to go back to Google Drive or Microsoft Word and then click on “Share” on top of the screen. Then, he or she needs to choose “Email” and add some recipients at the “To” field. Lastly, he or she needs to type an optional subject line and then he or she can send it to other people.
There are many benefits of integrating Wave and Databox. One benefit is that it is easy to create charts with Databox than with Excel. Another benefit is that there is no need for any coding knowledge because Databox automatically creates a chart from data. Lastly, another benefit is that it allows users to share their charts with other people without having to give them access to their accounts.
In conclusion, integration of Wave and Databox is beneficial for users because it allows people to make charts faster than ever before. This integration also allows users to share their charts with other people easily without having to give them access to their accounts.
