To integrate Vtiger with Zoho Desk, the Vtiger user needs to provide an API key for Zoho Desk. All that is required is to enter an API key in the corresponding field in the Vtiger options panel (Administration > Options. after logging in as admin.

After entering the API key, click on “Save” button. Vtiger will generate a new address for its calendar event bookings – “vtiger_zohodesk_booking@vtiger.com”. This address will be visible in the Vtiger installation dashboard. Users can also click on the “Calendar Events” link on the left-hand side in the dashboard to see the new address.
