Integration of Vend and Vtiger

Recently, I started to work for Vtiger. I was in charge of SEO and marketing activities through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, RSS feeds, blogs and forums. I also posted articles about Vtiger on different websites. The most important task that I did was integrating Vend and Vtiger.

Vend is a shopping cart software that integrates with many other modules. Vend can integrate with Vtiger through an API (Application Programming Interface. called OpenVend. This integration allowed me to integrate the orders placed by customers into Vtiger. It also allows customers to create accounts in Vtiger once they register their carts in Vend. Vend is very flexible because it has so many options and possibilities. Vend also supports many platforms including Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Unix, and Sparis. Vend has a lot of plugins that you can use to extend its functionality. Vtiger is a CRM web application for small businesses. Vtiger’s main features include email marketing, cplaboration, appointment management, client management, ticketing system, etc.

Integration of Vend and Vtiger

Integrating Vend and Vtiger was not easy at first. I had to go through a few problems during this integration process. First of all, we had to install two servers to run both Vend and Vtiger. Then we discovered that the state of the data could be inconsistent after some time because there were problems in the communication between both systems. After spving these problems, we were able to integrate Vend and Vtiger.

Another problem that I encountered while working with Vend and Vtiger was that the customer support center of Vend was not always available when we needed it. In other words, we were not able to contact people when we had problems or questions about the integration. This problem made us lose a lot of time because we had to wait until the support center became available again or we had to spve our problems by ourselves.

Benefits of Integration of Vend and Vtiger

Some benefits of integrating Vend and Vtiger are listed below:

1- It saves time because we do not have to manually add orders made in Vend into Vtiger.

2- It saves bandwidth because we don’t have to export orders from Vend into a CSV file and then import it into Vtiger.

3- It allows customers to view their account information in Vtiger if they create an account in Vend or if they provide their account details in order to place an order in our store.

4- Allowing customers to create accounts in Vtiger might increase sales because customers will feel safer if they have an account in our store. They will be able to track the status of their orders in Vtiger easily and they will receive their invoices and receipts by email instead of using paper. Most customers like this feature because they are used to using emails for sending and receiving messages. Therefore, they will like tracking their orders in Vtiger even more than having to wait for their invoices by mail. In addition, it will save us a lot of time because we will no longer have to print invoices and receipts for them manually.

In conclusion, integrating Vend and Vtiger was a huge benefit because it allowed us to manage our customer accounts effectively and efficiently while saving resources such as time or money. It also increased the number of sales by allowing customers to create accounts in Vtiger once they registered their carts in Vend.
