To start off, I'm going to state that uProc and Zoho Cliq are two great cloud-based applications that help with project management. Both of these applications are used to create a cplaborative work environment for companies by allowing them to work together on projects in real time and share unified documents.
The first of the two applications that I will be discussing is uProc. This application is made for businesses using the Microsoft Windows platform. It allows users to integrate their email with their Microsoft Outlook. A user can then access their data from anywhere, whether it be from a PC or a smartphone. The best feature of uProc is that it is completely integrated into Microsoft Outlook and therefore saves a lot of time. There are several other features as well, including the ability to stay organized, without having messages get lost in your inbox. This application is especially good for those who have a business invpving many different tasks that need to be organized and scheduled.
The second application is Zoho Cliq. This application is also used for project management, but is much more integrated with Google Docs, and therefore is a great option for businesses which use Google Docs. Additionally, Zoho Cliq provides a way to manage customer relations, track expenses, and create invoices. These features are especially useful for small businesses with one or two employees who can't afford pricey software programs like Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Suite. With the separate tabs on Zoho Cliq, you can create a tab for individual clients, expenses, and time spent on each client's project. A user can also set deadlines for each task in their project and track the progress of each task as well. In addition to this, you can schedule meetings with other team members through Zoho Cliq using the calendar tab. Overall, Zoho Cliq provides many different features that may be useful for small businesses, especially compared to uProc, which only contains some of the features provided by Zoho Cliq.
Overall, both of these applications are great for increasing cplaboration between team members. Also, they can save your company money if you don't pay for expensive software. So what do you think, should you use uProc or Zoho Cliq? Well, it really depends on what your needs are. If you have a large business (such as one with multiple offices around the world), then it might be worthwhile to purchase Microsoft's SharePoint Server because of its large database size and integration with Microsoft Excel. However, if your business is smaller in scale and doesn't have extremely important information to keep secure, then you can probably use an online top such as uProc or Zoho Cliq.
