I am going to write about how uProc and Autotask are integrated. I have chosen this topic because I feel that it is important for you to know how to use these two systems together.
I am going to explain to you how to connect uProc with Autotask. First, you have to go to your uProc menu on the top right corner. Once you see the drop-down menu, hover over the “Settings” option and select “Integrations”. Then, scrpl down and you will see a bunch of different integrations such as ConnectWise, Autotask, and QuickBooks. You can now choose which integration you would like to use. For this example, I will choose “Autotask”. When you select Autotask, there will be a window that pops up asking you what user and group you want to integrate with. After you select the user or group that you wish to integrate with, there will be another pop-up window that asks you if you want to “Sync Sales Orders, Orders, Quote Line Items, and Configurations”. This is where you say yes or no. If you do not want any information from Autotask synced over to uProc, then you would click “No”. Now, if you want all of this information synched, then you would click “Yes” and the information will be synched over to your uProc account and everything should work perfectly fine.
When integrating uProc and Autotask together, there are many benefits that come along with it. The first benefit is that it saves you time. In other words, when using these two programs together, it allows you to click one button, instead of clicking two separate buttons. It also helps cut down on extra steps. Another benefit is that it allows you to be more productive. If you need to make an update on your quote or sales order or want to check something quickly, then you can do it without having to go to another program. If a customer calls about a problem with their uProc account, then you can immediately see what is going on with their order without having to go into uProc. So, if there is a problem with the customer’s order, then you can fix it right away without having to wait until later on in the day or even later on in the week.
