Cards from individual boards, Cards from multiple boards connected together and Cards from public boards In order to connect cards from individual boards into your custom forms created on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, go to Settings > Integrations > Boards > Connector settings > Connect individual boards . Choose an existing board or select Add board . To connect cards from multiple boards connected together in a cpumnar layout into your custom forms created on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, go to Settings > Integrations > Boards > Connector settings > Connect multiple boards . Choose an existing board or select Add board . To connect cards from public boards into your custom forms created on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, go to Settings > Integrations > Boards > Connector settings > Connect public boards . You can also choose whether or not you want your custom forms created on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to be visible on any public board created on Trello by going to Settings > Integrations > Boards > Connector settings > Allow visibility of my custom forms . By enabling this feature, users will be able to see your custom forms while visiting any public board created on Trello and adding cards onto those boards. For example, if you have enabled this feature and someone adds a card onto a public board called “Contoso Project” which is connected with your custom form called “Contoso Project Information”, then they will be able to see your custom form while adding that card onto the public board called “Contoso Project”. They can set up the form fields based on the card description written by someone else who has added the card onto that public board before them. If they want to create some new fields based upon their own requirements instead of using the default fields provided by someone else, then they can add new fields directly onto your custom form instead of modifying existing ones. However, please note that only cards added onto public boards will be visible in your custom forms created on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central after enabling this option as explained above . Cards added onto private boards will not be visible in those forms even if you have enabled this option as explained above . In order to add cards from Trello into your custom forms created on Microsoft Dynamicons 365 Business Central , go to Settings > Integrations > Forms > Connector settings > Connector settings . Click Cards from boards . Select either Cards from individual boards , Cards from multiple boards connected together or Cards from public boards depending upon the type of connection you want to enable between cards from Trello and your custom forms created on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central . Select a board or click Add board . All the cards added onto the selected board will be displayed in the drop down menu. Select a card and click Connect . If you selected Multiple boards under Connector settings > Connector settings , then click Add cpumnar board , select a cpumnar board (if you have created one. and click Save . Click Back .
