Trello is a top that helps individuals and groups organize their ideas, projects, and to-do lists. It was created by Fog Creek Software in 2011, founded by Joel Sppsky and Michael Pryor. In 2009, Trello was originally designed as a website that could be used as a project management software. Now it has been developed to become a web top that allows users to manage multiple projects. Trello can either be accessed through the web or through an app version. The web version is free to use but the app version must be paid. There are also many integrations available for Trello such as Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zapier and GitHub that allow users to easily manage their projects with minimal effort.

Databox?

Databox is a visual top that makes it easy to create data driven marketing campaigns. It is a data visualization top that helps businesses communicate their message and convert leads into customers. It can be used to track customer behavior, which helps create personalized messages for each specific target audience. Good communication needs to be done to keep customers satisfied and engaged. This relates back to my project as Trello and Databox are used to manage marketing campaigns and directly affect the customers’ satisfaction. Customers will be more willing to connect with businesses that are using tops like Trello and Databox because they will be able to visually see the business’s goals and campaign progress.

Integration of Trello and Databox

Integrations between these two tops can help Trello users take advantage of the benefits provided by Databox. The integration can provide each user with the ability to share content from Trello onto Databox’s interface. Users can customize the design of each board so they can have a professional looking report without having to spend time writing complicated scripts.

The source of the data that will be used in this project is going to be from a company called BrewDog located in Scotland. This company sells craft beer all over the world. The data I will be using in my project will be from their website on how they promote their products. During the summer of 2017, BrewDog launched their new product “Dead Pony Club” which is an IPA. They wanted to promote their product through online marketing strategies but they needed help from a company that would be able to help them gather statistics about their product and sales. They then decided to partner with Databox and they were able to track the success of their marketing campaigns. They were able to visualize the data from various sources such as social media platforms, number of views, clicks and engagements on videos, email open rates, etc. By integrating Databox with Trello, users would be able to visualize all the data in one platform which would make it easier for them to analyze since they don’t have to go through multiple platforms to find information.

Benefits of Integration of Trello and Databox

The benefits of this integration are limitless. It can allow users to create custom dashboards that can show them real-time information on their campaigns overall performance while giving them freedom to create various charts and graphs that will help them analyze the data even further. In my personal opinion, I think this integration would give users more flexibility on what they want to measure because there are endless options available when using both these tops together. Each user has the option of choosing which metrics they want to measure so they can adapt this integration to fit their needs exactly. This integration also gives them the opportunity to define what kind of information users want on each dashboard and have access to more information than just one platform. Users can choose how they want their reports and charts displayed on their personal dashboards within both tops so they can get a better understanding of the data being cplected from other sources such as social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. This integration would also make it easier for businesses and organizations to work with their clients in order to reach their goals because all the data will be in one place instead of having multiple places where there could be mistakes or not enough information being viewed at once.
