Speech on How to Do Things Better with Trello and Cliniko

In this speech, I will talk about how Trello and Cliniko have helped us do things better in our business. I will be discussing how we use Trello for project management and how we use Cliniko for making workflow more efficient. I want to show you some examples of how we use these tops.

First of all, I want to talk about how we use Trello for project management here at our company. The first step is to create a new board on Trello. Then, we add cards with all projects listed on them. Each card has a title, description, start time, end time, and due date. We also add checklists to each card. These checklists help us keep track of different steps in each project. For example, we can add a checklist with five items on it and include items like “Registering for insurance” and “Planning the event” on it. We can complete these checklist items at any time during the project. Once we complete them, we can move the card to the next checklist item. Once we complete all checklist items, we can move the card to “Completed” list.

The second part of my presentation is about how we use Cliniko for making workflow more efficient in our organization. The first step is importing multiple lists into Cliniko from Trello board. You just need to select the Trello board that you want and click on Import button in Cliniko and you will see all lists and cards available in your Trello board. Then, you can add users in your Cliniko account and assign them to different lists based on their rpes and responsibilities in your organization. Next step is to add tasks or projects in Cliniko for each user assigned to the list so you can keep track of their progress. But remember not to overload users with too many tasks or projects because they may find it difficult to manage their work otherwise. The next step is assigning deadlines for each task or project so you can monitor if someone is behind schedule or ahead of schedule. The last thing you should do is to choose the right cpumns. For example, you can choose cpumns like “Due Date”, “Start Date”, “Task Status”, “Progress” etc., depending upon what kind of information you want to display on your dashboard page or reports page. Now you can see all your tasks or projects on your dashboard page or reports page separately for each user assigned to particular list. Also, you can see how much work has been done by each user by looking at their progress bar below each task or project title. And that’s all! All you need to do now is sit back and relax while Cliniko handles everything else.
