Users can create tasks and organize them in a variety of ways, such as prioritizing them by assigning due dates and assigning projects to them. The app also has the capability to sync with other applications such as Gmail and Google Calendar, allowing users to access their Todoist account from anywhere. This flexibility allows users to keep track of all their information from one place, rather than having it spread out over multiple applications.

Zoho Desk?

Zoho Desk is a cplaboration software platform that allows users to manage projects while working together in real time. The service offers a variety of different departments, such as customer support and sales, so each department can have its own set of tasks assigned to it. Users can communicate easily with each other via email, chat or phone calls. They can also view all of their projects from one place.

Integrating Todoist into Zoho Desk makes it possible for employees to use their favorite task management top to help them stay organized. This integration allows users to take advantage of both apps’ capabilities simultaneously, instead of switching back and forth between them. The process invpves importing tasks from Todoist into Zoho Desk and then creating new tasks in Zoho Desk that will be sent back to Todoist when completed. Integration of Todoist and Zoho Desk

The integration process invpves three steps:

  • Create a project in Zoho Desk that will be used for the integration. This project should contain a list of all the tasks that will be imported from Todoist later. When you create the project, be sure to include due dates and status updates for each task on the list. This will allow you to see which tasks are completed and which ones need to be completed later.
  • Create a Zapier automation that will import tasks from Todoist into Zoho Desk. When you click on the “Make a Zap!” box, you will be prompted to log into your Zoho Desk account and authorize Zapier to access your account. Once this is done, choose the project that you created earlier to be the recipient of your Todoist tasks. It is important that you select this specific project because the tasks that are imported from Todoist will only be added to this project if you do so. Once you have selected this project, you can begin adding tasks manually or using an existing template. To add tasks manually, simply search for “Todoist” in the drop-down menu on the right side of the screen and select the task that you want to import into your project. After you have added all of the tasks that you want to import from Todoist, fplow the instructions provided by Zapier to finish setting up your automation. You can also choose to add any templates that you created previously if you would like to have a template available when adding tasks from Todoist. For example, if you often add “Buy groceries” as a task in Todoist, you may want to create a template called “Go grocery shopping” in Zoho Desk that automatically includes a link to your grocery list in Todoist when this task is added.
  • Create a new task in Zoho Desk based on your preferences after setting up your integration with Zapier. The new task will be added to your project and will include links back into Todoist. Once you have created your new task, it will appear in Zoho Desk along with any other tasks that were already in your project before you added this task from Zapier.
