Integration of Todoist and Textline

In my previous article, I described the benefits of using Textline as a combination of my text messaging and email. In this article, I will describe how Todoist can be used as a combination of my task list and text messaging.

Integration of Todoist and Textline can help me in many ways. First of all, it helps me manage my tasks more efficiently. With the integration of text line and to-do list, I can now have a detailed record of my job completion on texts, so I don’t have to rely on my memory anymore. During my work days, sometimes I tend to forget about what I have done and what I have yet to do. It was a big problem for me because I felt like I was not doing something properly and properly. However, since I discovered Todoist and Textline integration, I can easily keep track of what I have done and what I still need to do. Another benefit of the integration is that I can avoid sending irrelevant messages on text line.

At first, when I started using the integration of Todoist and Textline, I kept sending messages on text line without any reason. For example, after I finished the first part of the project, I would send a message on text line like “I finished the first part”. However, knowing that there was no reply from anyone on my messages, I started to realize that it was just a waste of time and energy to send those messages even though I had finished the task. So now whenever I finish a task, whether it is big or small, I just go on Todoist and mark that task as completed. Later on, if someone asks me about something, I can just tell them that I already done it. If they want to know some details about it, I can quickly check my Todoist account and give them some information about it.

The third benefit is that the integration gives me an added layer of security when texting with other people about business matters. Sometimes when you are texting with other people about business matters, you might accidentally mention some confidential information which you are not supposed to share with others. Therefore, when you are using Todoist integration with Textline, you are guaranteed to have better contrp over your messages by minimizing any chances of sharing confidential information. The last benefit of the integration is that it allows me to create reminders for myself in case I forget certain things. Sometimes I would start working on a project but then suddenly stop midway because I forgot to take out something from the office or forgot to pick up some samples from the client’s house. Therefore, when I start working on a project, I quickly make sure that there is a reminder in Todoist for me to pick up the samples or to take something out from the office.

In conclusion, integrating Todoist with Textline is very useful because it helps me in many ways. First of all it helps me in managing my tasks in a better way. Secondly, it helps me in avoiding sending irrelevant messages on text line. Thirdly, it helps in securing confidential information in business texts. Lastly, it allows me to create reminders in order to minimize any chances of forgetting important things while working on projects.
