I have integrated Todoist and MeisterTask into my daily routine and I am going to tell you about how I do it.

At the end of the day, I go through the next day’s tasks from Todoist again in order to remind myself of what needs to be done for tomorrow. The process of checking off my tasks gives me a feeling of accomplishment each day, which motivates me to do more and more. It also reminds me of what I accomplished at work and schop because it is written down as proof. The simple act of checking off a task makes me feel like I have gotten more done on that specific day, which makes me feel good about myself. This is an essential part of balancing work and schop because it helps you feel more productive throughout your days. Instead of looking at your calendar at the end of the week and seeing how much time you had spent at your job or schop, you can see how much you have actually accomplished by looking at your completed tasks from Todoist. This helps you see that everything that you are doing is worth it because it will ultimately help you finish all of your tasks on time. It also gives you a good reason to celebrate after completing tasks because it feels good to get things done. This positive feedback helps motivate me when I have a lot on my plate and want to give up.
I think that both Todoist and MeisterTask are great applications that make our lives easier. They help us better manage our time and stay on track with everything that we need to accomplish in life. My favorite thing about integrating these two applications into my daily routine is being able to see everything that I accomplished during the day, instead of just seeing a bunch of unfinished things on my calendar.
