Todoist is available on web, mobile, and desktop, so you can use it anywhere. It allows you to create tasks quickly and easily and add specific details for each task. Since it syncs across all devices, you can access your tasks from anywhere. The basic version of Todoist is free, but if you want more features like automatic add/reminder/expiry dates, or more detailed productivity tracking, you can upgrade to Todoist Premium for $29 per year.

macOS Calendar?

macOS Calendar is the calendar app that comes with macOS. It works well with other macOS apps and syncs with Google Calendar and iCloud. You can use it to view your calendar or create events and tasks. In addition to creating events, you can also check appointments and meetings on your calendar. If you have multiple calendars linked in Calendar, you can view your schedule for each calendar individually, which is useful if you have different calendars for home and work. If you don’t want to use macOS Calendar, there are many other calendar apps that are compatible with macOS.

Integration of Todoist and macOS Calendar

I like using both macOS Calendar and Todoist because they allow me to stay organized without having to switch between apps constantly. I love how simple it is to create a task and add details in Todoist because it’s so easy to use. I have a daily task called “Daily To Do List” that includes important tasks that I need to get done every day. This task has a due date of 3pm so I know that by 3pm every day I will have completed this task. In the same task, I also have subtasks for each item on my daily list. For example, I have subtasks for taking my dog for a walk at 3:30pm and for going to the grocery store at 4pm. I like using Todoist because it makes it easier for me to keep track of what I need to do every day so that I don’t forget anything. Another weekly task I use in Todoist is a habit tracker called “Weekly Habit Tracker.” This is where I put tasks that are related to my habits and my goals. For example, if I want to implement a new habit into my life or practice a habit that I already have, I will put it on my weekly habit tracker. Each week, I look at this task and decide what habits I want to do that week. Then, I make sure that each of those habits is broken down into smaller tasks in order to achieve them more easily. For example, one of my habits is reading a book every day for 20 minutes. Instead of trying to read an entire book during my 20 minutes of reading time every day, I break down each task into 10-minute chunks and am able to accomplish more than if I tried to read the entire book at once. Some of these tasks take me longer than 10 minutes to complete. When this happens, I just change the time when the task will be due in Todoist so that I have enough time to finish the task on time. It’s nice being able to plan out my week in advance because it helps me stay organized and meet my goals. Because everything is synced in Todoist across all my devices, I can check my list anywhere. If I am at home working on a project on my Macbook Pro and don’t know where something is, I can just open up the app on my iPhone and search for it right away. Another time when it’s helpful to be able to access Todoist from anywhere is when I’m driving home from work and remember something that I forgot to do at work while I was working on something else. Between Apple Maps and Todoist, it’s easy for me to make sure that I don’t forget anything when it comes to my busy schedule!

Todoist integrates well with macOS Calendar because both apps work seamlessly together when it comes to organizing tasks and keeping track of what needs to be done. One feature that really stands out in Todoist is its integration with Calendars 5, a third-party calendar app for macOS. It allows you to sync your tasks with your calendars so you can see all of your scheduled tasks in one place. You can then check off your tasks as you complete them or click them to open them up in Todoist for more details about what needs to be done. This feature makes it easy for me to check off tasks as I complete them without having to switch between apps or copy and paste them into another app. This feature also allows me to see what tasks are due on any given day without having to click back and forth between different apps. If I’m at work looking at my calendar on my computer but remember something that needs to be done at home later in the evening, I can just quickly jump over to Todoist on my phone and check my tasks for the day without having to go through all of the steps required to get back into my calendar again later on. This makes it easy for me to stay organized every day no matter where I am or what I’m doing. Another feature that stands out in Todoist is its integrations with other apps such as Trello, Slack, and Jira Cloud Services — all of which are productivity tops that allow teams to cplaborate better in their work environment by adding discussions, comments, files, etc., directly into their workflow system while still being able to check off their tasks when they are completed on Todoist. This feature makes it easier for me to cplaborate with other people when we have team meetings or need to exchange information about our projects because we can just send messages on Slack instead of exchanging files or emails back and forth manually. Also, instead of having separate discussion boards or email chains for each project we are working on, we can use Trello or Jira Cloud Services in combination with Slack so we can have team discussions about our projects in one place without cluttering up our email inboxes or Slack channels with redundant discussions or information about other projects that aren’t relevant at the moment..
