Users can add tasks, subtasks, labels, deadlines, reminders, and file attachments to their to-do lists. Todoist allows users to create projects, which are groups of tasks organized under a project name. Projects can have subprojects, and users can add due dates and reminders for each project.

Users can access their tasks through the mobile apps on Android and iOS devices, through email, through their calendars, and through the Todoist website. Todoist offers a premium subscription that enables users to add more than 42 custom filters to their tasks, change their project due dates, create unlimited subprojects, add more than 300 labels to their tasks, assign tasks to team members, set task priorities, leave comments on tasks, and add file attachments to tasks.

If the corresponding task does not exist in the project, then the task will be created as a new subtask in the first available project. If there is no space available in the first available project for the new task, then the task will be created as a subtask in the next available project. If there is no space available in any of your projects, then the new task will be created as a new task in a new project. There is no limit on how many tasks can be imported from your IMAP account into your Todoist account. It is important to note that if you delete a task from your IMAP account, it will still appear in your Todoist account until you manually remove it.

  • Manual Synchronization of Tasks from Todoist to IMAP by Connect

In order to manually import tasks from Todoist into your IMAP account, you must first connect your account with your Todoist account. To do so, go to https://www.imapbyconnect.com/manage-sync and click on “Connect Account” at the top right corner of the screen. Then enter your email address and password for both your IMAP account and your Todoist account, select “Todoist” as your preferred sync service, and click “Sync Now”. You can also manually add emails that correspond to tasks in either your Inbox or any other fpder on your IMAP account to your Todoist account. This feature allows you to manage your emails using IMAP by Connect while still allowing you to view your tasks in Todoist.
