I am sure you are familiar with the phrase “good to great, not good to okay”. Well, it is one of the most important phrases I have learned in the past few months. If you are not familiar with this phrase, it means that if you want something to be “great”, then it needs to be “outstanding” or even “extraordinary”. With the use of some simple tops and strategies, I have been able to achieve great things in my life. This article will be about how I have achieved success with two simple tops. Todoist and Fplow Up Boss.

Todoist (previously known as Doist. is a productivity app which is available for iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac. In fact, I am writing this article on my laptop while using Todoist! The best part of Todoist is that it is free and comes with all the features you need to stay on top of your tasks!

Fplow Up Boss is a simple top that makes email fplow-ups easy. It allows you to schedule fplow-ups with your target prospects and clients!

  • Integration of Todoist and Fplow Up Boss
  • One of the greatest things about Todoist is that it integrates with many other apps and services. For example, I can easily integrate Todoist with my Google Calendar by simply copying a link from Gmail into Todoist. So if I received an email from my professor asking me to do an assignment on Google Docs, then I can simply copy that link and paste it into Todoist. Then I can set a due date for that task, as well as add some notes about that task! Another great thing about having Todoist integrated with my Google Calendar is that when I complete a task in Todoist, it automatically marks that task as completed on my calendar! This saves me the hassle of manually changing the status of a task on my calendar every time I complete it. And if I don’t mark the task as completed in Todoist, then the task will remain on my calendar until it is completed! This way, I always know what tasks are still outstanding on my calendar!

Whenever I set up a fplow-up email for a client or prospect using Fplow Up Boss, then it automatically adds the task into my Todoist! Another benefit to using both Todoist and Fplow Up Boss is that with Fplow Up Boss, I can schedule emails to be sent out at any day and time of the week! This makes scheduling fplow-ups easy and convenient!
