Tasks are automatically imported from Todoist into EngageBay based on the specifications of each user. For example, you will be notified when your tasks are due in the next 30 days. Note that this feature is optional. You can choose to turn it off by going to Settings>Integrations>Todoist>Deactivate Import From Todoist.
Integration between EngageBay and Todoist allows you to create new customer profiles directly from EngageBay. For example, if you are writing an email campaign, you can create new profiles for your customers by using the Add New Profile icon. This icon appears at the bottom of the page when you are editing your email templates or sending campaigns. You can also use this icon to create new profiles for your fplowers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc. This feature is very helpful if you are running a giveaway or conducting a viral marketing campaign. Then you will see your RSS feed for your Todoist tasks on the Todoist page of your EngageBay account under Settings > Integrations > RSS Feeds .
