TickTick is an e-task managing app that allows users to delegate tasks to other people. The app has various features such as time tracking, task management, and expense management which it uses to help users become more organized.

Integration of Thinkific and TickTick

Thinkific and TickTick do not directly integrate with each other; however, they can be integrated by creating a script. A script is a set of commands that tells the computer what you want it to do. You can then integrate these two apps through this script.

The integrations that exist between TickTick and Thinkific are the fplowing:

  • Task Management
  • One of the most popular features of TickTick is task management. Users are able to assign tasks to other people so they will receive notifications on their phones when they are assigned a task. This feature can be integrated with Thinkific by using a script. The script will send notifications on the user’s phone when they are assigned a task. The script will then import this information into Thinkific so that the user can easily see what tasks they have been assigned.

  • Subscription Management
  • If you want to subscribe users to your course on Thinkific, you can use TickTick to make it easier. To use TickTick for subscription management, you first need to create an event on TickTick. Then, you need to assign your tasks to certain people. When you are done assigning the tasks, you need to change ‘Assigned To’ to ‘Private User’ or ‘User Group’. Now, TickTick will automatically assign these tasks to the people that were assigned in the event. This way, your users will automatically be subscribed to your course!

  • Time Tracking
  • Time tracking is another useful feature of TickTick that can be integrated with Thinkific. With time tracking, you can see how much time your team members spend working on certain tasks and projects.
