There are several methods of integration between Storenvy and Twilio, including SMS messaging, voice calls, and faxes.

First, let’s take a look at SMS messaging. A store owner can use SMS messaging through Twilio to get information about their products. For example, they can send an SMS message to their customers with the size chart for their clothing. This way, customers do not have to go back to the website to read the size chart. The store can also send a text message to customers when they have a sale or special event going on. This way, customers who want to stay updated about the store can sign up for text messages from the store. Finally, the store can send an SMS message to its customers when they are out of stock on a certain product. They don’t want to disappoint their customers by letting them know there are no more shirts left in size large, so they can send them an SMS message instead of an email. This way, customers will know that the store isn’t trying to “trick” them into buying a shirt they don’t want. And if they really do want it, they can order it online and have it shipped to them for free.

Second, let’s take a look at voice calls. A store owner can use voice calls through Twilio to place orders through the phone. For example, if a customer wants to buy something online, but doesn’t have a credit card or PayPal account, he can call the store to place his order directly through the phone. Another reason could be that the store has a promotion for free shipping, but it only applies if you spend $50 or more. If you spend less than $50, you have to pay $10 for shipping, but if you spend over $50 you get free shipping. So if a customer purchases something for $39.99 (which is under $50. he will have to pay $10 for shipping and handling. But if he spends $59.99 (which is $10 more than $50), he will get free shipping and handling. He can then call the store and tell them that he wants to spend $60 so he doesn’t have to pay any extra money for shipping and handling. After he places his order over the phone, he can then pay for his purchase via PayPal or credit card through his computer.

Third, let’s take a look at faxes. A store owner can use faxes through Twilio to track their orders and keep their inventories updated. For example, if you are a clothing company, you have to keep track of how many shirts you have in each size. If you don’t have enough large shirts in inventory, you may sell out on Monday (because lots of people attended work on Monday), but then you may not be able to fulfill all of your little orders because you don’t have enough material to make those shirts. Then your supplier will know how much material to manufacture and will ship it off to you before your shipment runs out.
