Integration of Square and Microsoft Teams

Square and Microsoft Teams integration has made payment processing and invoicing much more efficient. Before these two companies began working together, Square would send invoices via email or text message. This was a time consuming process because they had to convert the invoice into PDF format as well as attach the invoice to their email. It would not only be time consuming but also sometimes difficult for the customer to get the invoice in their preferred format. Now, Square customers can use Microsoft Teams to view and pay their invoices. They no longer have to worry about sending invoices back and forth through email or text message. This means that Square does not have to build its own infrastructure or pay for its own servers for their integration with Microsoft Teams. It also means that Microsoft does not have to build out infrastructure for Square as well. It saves both companies money by using each other’s cloud services instead of building their own infrastructure.
