It also allows users to share their printers with other users. The service is free and available on most web browsers and mobile devices.

Integration of Square and Google CloudPrint

Square integrates with Google CloudPrint, allowing merchants to print receipts from credit card transactions onto nearly any printer. This integration helps merchants to reduce costs by streamlining the receipt-printing process, while also increasing customer confidence by providing receipts in a more familiar format. Merchants can leverage their existing printers or purchase new printers designed for receipt printing. With Square, merchants can use either the Square Stand for iPad, which has an integrated receipt printer, or an iOS or Android device with a built-in camera or scanner. Once you have activated the Google CloudPrint service on Square, all you have to do is choose the Google CloudPrint option at the bottom of your receipt preview screen. You can then select your printer type and any other settings specific to that printer.
