Integration of Snapchat and Zendesk

Snapchat’s motto was “capture the moment,” but the app has evpved in the last few years. Not only this, but the interface has also been changed to make it more user-friendly and easy to use. However, if someone is using Snapchat for the first time, it can be a little bit confusing.

Snapchat is a social media platform that allows users to take photos and short videos and send them to their friends. When a photo or video is taken, it disappears after 10 seconds. The idea behind this was to give people a sense of urgency while sending photos and videos to people. This would hopefully encourage users to send snaps with the intention of sending them one-way. Snapchats are sent to friends through the “best friends list” or directly to individual people.

Snapchat also contains several filters that allow users to edit their photos and videos before they send them. These filters change the looks of your photos and videos. They could change the cpors, add flower crowns, sunglasses or any other number of things. People typically use Snapchat for fun, but others have used it to share news stories, as well as other important events.

Zendesk is a customer service software provider that offers support services for businesses, companies, and individuals. Zendesk has an easy-to-use interface, which makes it very user-friendly. All data from inside of Zendesk can be accessed online or on mobile devices. Zendesk offers free training onboarding courses for new users and their support team members. On Zendesk’s website, you can get access to free tutorials and ebooks, as well as watch videos on how to use the software.

Integration of Zendesk and Snapchat could improve the efficiency of customer service in companies and organizations. Another issue with the integration is possible loss of productivity within organizations and companies due to employees spending too much time on Snapchat instead of working or taking care of business tasks. Lastly, there is the possibility that people will abuse this integration as well. Some people may send inappropriate photos or videos without considering who will see them.

Overall, I feel that Snapchat’s integration with Zendesk would be beneficial for companies and organizations who wish to improve their customer service operations by integrating Snapchat into their systems alongside Zendesk. I have only provided a few points of criticism about this integration; however, there are many more points that need to be considered before implementing this integration within companies and organizations.
