However, my reader may disagree with me after reading my article, so I made sure to include at least one positive aspect of Evernote Business in my last sentence of my body paragraph so my reader is able to see the other side of the story as well.
Step 3. Conclusion Paragraph
Your conclusion paragraph will provide a summary of your paper and a final statement in support of your thesis statement (which was included in your introduction. It is important that you restate what your thesis statement is because many readers may not remember what it was after reading through the entire paper. In addition, it is important that you tell the reader why your thesis statement stands true (i.e., why SMTP by Connect is better than Evernote Business. Here is an example conclusion paragraph for my article:
SMTP by Connect allows users to manage their email accounts more efficiently than Evernote Business because it caters directly towards business professionals whereas Evernote Business caters directly towards individual users. Although both apps offer some similar features such as labeling emails in order to organize them into fpders, SMTP by Connect offers additional features such as permission settings and email filtering that Evernote Business does not offer. These features allow employees at one company to work together more efficiently because they do not have to worry about sending emails that were supposed to go to another employee and vice versa because they do not have access to that part of the inbox. Overall, SMTP by Connect has more features than Evernote Business which allows it to stand out above other email services available today.
Make sure that you properly close out your paper with a few sentences summarizing your argument and how your argument relates to your thesis statement (which was included in your introductory paragraph. You can tell the reader that your thesis statement was right when you state something like “SMTP by Connect is better than Evernote Business because it lets users manage their email accounts more efficiently than Evernote Business” or “SMTP by Connect is better than Evernote Business because it allows multiple users to work together more efficiently at one company” etc.. This ensures that the reader understands how you came up with your argument and makes sure they know why they should agree with you in the end (even if they don’t agree with you in the beginning. Your conclusion paragraph should be one or two sentences long just like your introduction paragraph but it should be longer than your body paragraphs (which are generally around 2 – 5 sentences long. It may even be helpful if you restate your thesis statement in this paragraph as well in order for readers who didn’t remember what it was before reading this paragraph again and realizing that it applies directly to your article as a whpe. A good conclusion paragraph will conclude your entire paper in one or two sentences while making sure that readers know exactly what you are trying to say throughout your entire paper. Here is another example conclusion paragraph for my article:

Not only does SMTP by Connect help employees communicate more effectively but it also allows businesses to stay organized which helps them become more efficient and effective overall. Overall, SMTP by Connect is better than Evernote Business because it offers employees more features which means they can stay on top of their responsibilities without having to worry about leaving anyone out or sending emails intended for someone else because they do not have access to a particular fpder or label within their account(s. This ultimately allows them to excel in their jobs which benefits both the employee and the company itself in the long run.
