Integration of Smartsheet and Zoho Mail

Through integration, Smartsheet and Zoho Mail allow users to access all their work information from one place. As a cloud-based spution, Smartsheet and Zoho Mail are always available, and they provide users with urgent notification system to ensure that communication and cplaboration between team members are not interrupted. To start with, you can integrate your Zoho Gmail account to Smartsheet by first signing into your Gmail account through Zoho. After this, you will see an “Add-ons” menu on the top right corner; you should click on it. On the next page, look for “Integrate Add-ons” and click on it. You will be directed to a page where you have to click on the “Start” button then you can enter your Smartsheet account details. A pop-up window will show up asking you to authorize this integration. This means that you have successfully created an integration between your Zoho Mail and Smartsheet accounts. Now, you can track emails from your Gmail inbox in Smartsheet. Likewise, if you receive an email from someone that contains attachment or file attachment, it will be automatically uploaded to your Smartsheet account as a document. In addition, when the recipient replies to the email, this reply will be also automatically sent directly to your Smartsheet account in the form of new tasks.
