In order to create a seamless integration between Smartsheet and Shippo, there are a few steps that must be taken. Firstly, a user must go to Smartsheet’s website and log in using their credentials. Then, they will need to click on the “Add-ons” option within the left-hand side menu. From here, the user will have the ability to search for different add-ons from the list, or they can simply scrpl down and look for Shippo by typing it into the search bar at the top. Once found, the user simply clicks on the “Free Trial” button to start using Shippo. They will then be directed to a page that explains how to set up the app. The user will have to complete their personal information before clicking on the “Allow Access” button to get started. Now, users can go back into Smartsheet, where they will see an icon for Shippo within the menu on the left. They can click on this icon and select what type of data they would like to integrate. This will then automatically connect both apps. In order to complete the integration process, users will need to enter a few more pieces of information for each app (API Key/Secret), which can be found in each app's settings.
