It provides you with all the important details of each contact such as name, address, phone number, etc. You can also send emails directly from Pipedrive to the contacts without any hassle. This integration will help you to keep track of all your sales activities and information in one place. The first step is to sign up for both the applications. Here, we will use Pipedrive as an example. If you have already signed up for it, then skip this step. Go to pipedrive.com/signup/signup for registration or click here Open the application after signing in. Then click on “Add New” in the top right corner of the screen to create a new project Go to smartsheet.com/signup/signup for registration or click here Click on “Add new account” in the top right corner of the screen to create a new account After creating an account, log in with your username and password After logging in successfully, select “Get Started” on the top left corner of the screen Click on “Connect to apps” on the left side bar Select Pipedrive from the list of available apps Click on “Connect” button in the bottom right corner After clicking the “Connect” button, a pop up opens that asks you to authorize access When you click on “Authorize” button in the pop-up window, a new window opens with some details about authorization After reading the details, click on “Yes” button to authorize Pipedrive account Once authorization is successful, you get a success message and then click on “Close” button in the bottom right corner of the screen That’s all! Now you can see Pipedrive listed under connected apps Now click on “Pipedrive” option under your connected apps. You will find two new options under Pipedrive Now we have to associate Pipedrive with Smartsheet account so that data can be shared between them On the left side bar of Pipedrive screen go to Settings > Integrations > Manage integrations > Manage Smartsheet (you will see this if you have created an account. In the pop-up window that appears click on “Authorize” button On the next page enter your login credentials for Smartsheet account Now click on “Authorize” button again After authorizing the access for Smartsheet account click on “Close” button from the bottom right corner Now we have linked both accounts successfully! Now we can see both Smartsheet and Pipedrive listed under connected apps Now go back to smartsheet.com After going back to Smartsheet account, go to Settings > Connectors > Connectors > Install connector > Pipedrive Every time when you install a new app you need to do some configurations like permission settings After installing connector go back to Settings > Connectors > Connectors > Pipedrive After going back to Pipedrive screen scrpl down and click on “Create new connection” button Now under Pipedrive connector configuration screen specify fplowing details Give a name for the connection For example, let us name it as “Sales Pipeline Management” Select Sales Pipeline Management as default connection name from dropdown menu that appears below Create a chart that displays fields available under this connection name Create a chart for displaying customer level fields Create a chart for displaying sales level fields Save changes When saving changes a chart appears where you can select which fields should appear in Pipedrive connector For example, if you check any field it will appear in Pipedrive connector Save changes After making required changes save changes by clicking on “Save Changes” at the bottom of chart configuration screen We have now successfully configured data between Pipedrive and Smartsheet accounts On your dashboard of Smartsheet account now click on the newly created connector You can see different charts display all data related to those fields specified during configuration process Now we have successfully linked both accounts Now we can see all our tasks appear in Pipedrive You can also send emails directly from Pipedrive dashboard without any hassle or copy-paste To summarize all points all we did was just create two accounts and link both accounts together by configuring connectors After completing these steps both accounts got linked successfully
