To integrate Smartsheet with Mailgun, we should download the SMARTSHEET-MAILGUN configuration which is available in the Smartsheet Dashboard. After downloading this configuration, we should add it to the form in the Classroom and then we should click Manage and Add App. Then we should add our SMARTSHEET-MAILGUN configuration to the App section. After adding the configuration, we should edit it and add an entry for each Mailgun account that we want to use with Smartsheet. We should add the fplowing fields:
API key (required)
API secret (required)
Email options. Email template. we should select Email template from the drop-down list. To select an email template, we should click on the menu and choose Select Template. When we choose a template, we should click Save and Done. This action will save and close the configuration and open our Send Email page. There, we should add our subject line and message body to compose an email message. Recipients. we should enter an email address to whom we want to send messages. When we add recipients, we should click Save and Done. This action will save and close the configuration and open our Send Email page where we can see our recipients. Then, we can edit them or add more recipients if necessary. To add more recipients, we should click New Recipient on the menu under Recipients. Then, we should fill out the recipient information and click Save and Done. This action will save and close the configuration and open our Send Email page where we can see new recipients added to our list.
Reply-to email address. recipients receive messages from this address when they reply to messages you send through Mailgun.
