In the above code, you need to replace YOURMAILCHIMPID with your MailChimp id, YOURL with your domain, and YOURUSERNAME with your MailChimp username. If you have a password-protected account, then replace YOURPASSWORD with your password too. After that, copy the code and save it as a .php file on your computer. Make sure you keep your API key safe because anyone can use it without permission from MailChimp.

Next open Smartsheet and go to the Add-ons menu located at the top right corner of the page. Click Get Add-ons and search for "MailChimp". Click Install and then click Add to Spreadsheet. You will see a pop-up that asks for a software token. Paste the code from the .php file into the textbox and click OK. Then you will see a new field called MailChimp under Other Fields. Click Save and now it's ready! Now whenever you want to send email to subscribers who signed up on your newsletter via MailChimp, you can use this field as a mail merge field to send those emails automatically! You can also use this field as a condition so only those who signed up will see the task or so only those who haven't signed up will see the task.
