Step 1. Go to “Goals and Actions” tab in Smartsheet dashboard.

Step 2. Click on “add an action” link under “goals” section.

Step 3. Select “Add an Action” from the drop-down list.

Step 4. Select “Track a Goal in another top” from the drop-down list.

Step 5. Choose “Facebook” from the drop-down list.

Step 6. Enter the audience name of your Facebook campaign. In our case, we are going to enter “Lead Campaign” in the text box given at the bottom of the page.

Step 7. Select appropriate status from the drop-down list provided under “status” section. The status is set based on whether you will be able to reach your target or not. In this example, we are going to select “Not Reached” because our goal is not reached yet. (Note. If your goal is reached by then you should select successful.)

Step 8. Input your objective ID in the text box provided under “objective ID” section. (Note. Your goal ID is available in your Facebook account under Goals and Reports section.)

Step 9. Click on Save button. (Note. You can also edit or delete action after saving it.)

Then you will be able to see that action added under Smartsheet dashboard. You can also edit or delete this action if required. By using this integration, you can easily measure the performance of your Facebook ad campaigns in real time.
