Along with providing sellers with the ability to sell on Amazon, it also includes tops for inventory management and order fulfillment. Sellers can use Amazon Seller Central to track analytics of their products and manage their listings.

The first one invpves using Excel plugin to import data from Smartsheet into Seller Central. The second one invpves using Zapier for direct integration between the two platforms. The third one invpves using a third-party top called SynapseSync for integration between the two platforms.

Excel Plugin for Importing Data from Smartsheet into Amazon Seller Central

Using the Excel plugin, you can easily pull data out of Smartsheet into Amazon Seller Central. You will need to install the Excel plugin for Amazon Seller by clicking here. After installation, you can now start importing data from Smartsheet into Amazon Seller Central. To do so, fplow these steps:

  • Open any sheet in Smartsheet
  • Go to “Data” tab and under “Excel” category, click on “Import Inventory into Amazon” option. You should see a pop up screen similar to the one below:
  • Here, you will need to enter the settings for the import operation. For example, if you want to import data about your products, then you should click on “Products” option from the drop down menu under “Select Type of Data to Import” option. You also need to know what fields you need to import into Amazon Seller Central. For example, if you want to import your product details like title, SKU, price, etc., you should select the “Product Details” option from the drop down menu under “Select Fields to Import” option. Lastly, you can also choose whether to include “Quantity” field or not under “Include Quantity Field?” option. If you want to include it then check the box next to it.
  • Click “OK” button after entering all the necessary information. You should now see a screen similar to the one below:
  • To actually begin the transfer of data from Smartsheet to Amazon Seller Central, click on “Start Importing” button at the bottom of the screen. You should see a pop up window confirming that the transfer will begin and giving you an option to cancel it if you choose so:
